Our team launched a new collaborative web-based mind mapping tool called Comapping. It is worth checking it out at comapping.com. I think it suits your needs in terms of nodes in motion and developed entirely in flash.

If you're into mind mapping, you might find MindMapSearch useful. http://www.mindmapsearch.org/ If you do a search you will rarely get any results that do not relate to mind mapping.

As well as a search engine box, this now has 17 category pages - all ads-free - of sites, with brief descriptions. These 179 sites make up the sources on which the search engine draws.
